Practice
My practice focuses primarily on tax advice for project developers, real estate funds, managing directors/majority shareholders, and both national and international real estate companies.
I advise clients on establishing and optimizing tax structures surrounding the purchase and sale of real estate projects, real estate transactions, and real estate portfolios in both national and international contexts, including tax guidance for the migration of real estate companies in both inbound and outbound cross-border situations.
In addition, I support real estate (re)financing, with a particular focus on interest deduction optimization, and I proactively and strategically contribute to future-proof tax choices.
My work focuses on advising on national and international corporate and income tax, VAT, and real estate transfer tax.
Background
I completed my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam and obtained my master’s in 2023. Before joining RechtStaete, I worked as a tax advisor at Graham, Smith & Partners and EY, focusing on international tax practice.
In addition, I am an aspiring member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
