I joined RechtStaete as a tax consultant in November 2016.
Practice
My practice is in the field of commercial property, with the following areas of expertise:
- Property transactions;
- M&A transactions;
- Project financing and fund structures;
- Setting up and optimising tax structures.
In my work I focus on corporate income tax, VAT and transfer tax.
My clients are Dutch and foreign fund managers, investors, project developers, contractors and director/major shareholders.
Background
I studied Tax Law at Leiden University, where I obtained my Master’s Degree in 2015. Before joining RechtStaete I was a tax consultant at EY.

Beer van den Broek has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
